Sunny’s Spa & Beauty Lounge at The Seabird Ocean Resort & Spa in Oceanside, CA is open to resort guests, spa members, and the general public. You do not need to be staying at the hotel to book a spa or salon service.

We recommend booking spa treatments at least three weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially on weekends and during peak seasons. Same-day appointments and walk-ins are welcome based on availability.

All spa treatments are reserved specifically for you. We require at least 24 hours’ notice to change or cancel an appointment.

• Same-day cancellations will incur a $75 fee
• No-shows without providing prior notification will be charged the full treatment amount
• One complimentary reschedule is allowed. Additional changes will be charged the full treatment amount

No deposit is required. All spa appointments must be secured with a valid major credit card at the time of booking.

Please inform our spa team when booking if you have any health concerns or are pregnant, as some spa services may have contraindications. Massage services are available for guests who are at least 13 weeks pregnant. You may also request a preferred therapist gender at the time of booking.

We recommend arriving 15 to 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows time to check in, complete a consultation form, change into your robe, and enjoy the spa amenities before your treatment.

Yes, a swimsuit is required. Sunny’s Spa & Beauty Lounge is a co-ed facility, and all shared amenities, including the sauna and cooling mist, require swimwear. Robes and slippers are provided for your spa treatment.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment to ensure the next guest’s appointment begins on time. The full treatment price will still apply.

Guests must be 18 years or older to use the spa facilities or receive massages, facials, and body treatments. Minors may book nail and hair services in the salon when accompanied by a parent or guardian for check-in.

To maintain a peaceful spa environment, we ask that all cell phones and electronic devices be silenced upon arrival. Photography and video are not permitted beyond the spa lobby. Please step outside the relaxation areas to take phone calls.

Complimentary water, tea, and light snacks are available during your visit. While there is no café inside the spa, guests are encouraged to enjoy the dining options at The Seabird Ocean Resort & Spa and Mission Pacific Beach Resort, both located nearby in Oceanside, CA.
