Just across the street from us, at Mission Pacific Hotel, you can find The Ozone, a destination for you to shop sought-after labels, lifestyle must-haves and vintage collectibles. From gifts, home-décor and art pieces to clothing and sports accessories, you will find a highly curated selection of products made by local brands, artisans, designers and artists. But, The Ozone concept goes beyond a retail experience, it is a sustainable and flexible space focused on giving back to the community. Initiatives will embrace special collaborations with The California Surf Museum and Oceanside Museum Of Art, as well as community-focused brands such as Rais Case, Raen, Aloha Collection and Zofia Day. Engaging events to introduce local designers, artists, musicians, activists, photographers and authors will highlight the best of Oceanside, San Diego County and California living.

Timeless style inspired by the past, built to live in the present – that is the essence of Brixton. The brand is proud to be a part of the Oceanside community since its founding here in 2004. As part of their commitment to the community, Brixton has opened its second retail store in their growing fleet right here in their hometown. Located in the new Tremont Collective, just a short walk away from our resort, Brixton brings its modern millinery approach to retail, offering a full assortment of headwear, apparel, and accessories along with headwear customization experiences and planned community events throughout the year. The brand’s timeless, vintage-inspired aesthetic includes offerings for men and women ranging from casual comfort to elevated takes on classic headwear and apparel perfect for any occasion.

The Brixton retail experience at Tremont Collective also features an outdoor space where shoppers can enjoy perfect temperatures and fresh air along with food and drink from neighbors like Bottle Craft, and Communal Coffee.

The Rising Co.

Rising Co. is a family friendly coastal community hub! Featuring a dedicated outdoor kids zone on the north patio and a free lending library and small garden. Inside Rising Co., you will discover local retail, Seaborne Coffee, and co-work space in the upstairs loft.
The retail experience features a range of home goods, accessories, plants, clothing and kids toys & apparel. An Oceanside must see stop!
