Grand Coastal Ballroom

The Grand Coastal Ballroom features a breathtaking and expansive 6,743 square feet of meeting and event space. Overlooking the beautiful Coastal Terrace lawn and featuring sweeping views of the Pacific, this stunning, beautifully appointed ballroom can accommodate up to 744 people.

  • The largest meeting space on property with 6,743 square feet of flexible meeting and event space.
  • Can be combined with the Coastal Terrace for an extra 3,050 square feet of space.
  • Can be broken out in a maximum of five breakout rooms, including the Grand Coastal Foyer.

The Seagaze meeting room offers 2,680 square feet of flexible meeting and event space, with floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with natural light while delivering incredible views of the ocean. The Seagaze is adjacent to the Coastal Terrace for flexible indoor / outdoor event configurations, and features designer fixtures, natural wood paneling, and many refined details and finishes.

  • 2,780 square feet of meeting and event space and can accommodate up to 296 guests.
  • Can be used in conjunction with Coastal Terrace for an additional 3,050 square feet of meeting and event space.

The 2,108 square foot Breakwater meeting room offers a stylish, contemporary venue with state-of-the-art audiovisual technology built-in — perfect for business functions and mid-size events, with seating for up to 230 guests.

Miramar Boardroom

The 687-square-foot Miramar Boardroom features floor-to-ceiling windows and light oak flooring for a naturally light, airy, and inviting atmosphere. Along with advanced audiovisual technology, it is an ideal venue for executive retreats, business presentations, and smaller private events.

  • Adjacent to the Oceanside Museum of Art (OMA) Foyer.
  • Can seat up to a maximum of 18 individuals.

Junior Seau Pier Amphitheatre

Directly parallel to the iconic Oceanside Pier on the south side of The Strand in Oceanside, San Diego County is the historic Junior Seau Pier Amphitheatre. This local landmark is a public entertainment and recreation center steps away from The Seabird Ocean Resort & Spa. Guests can enjoy stadium seating fitting up to 2,500 people as they view events at the bandshell with the breathtaking coastline in the backdrop.
