Oceanside’s sprawling Sunset Market transforms into a festive Holiday Gift Market every Thursday night in December. Browse countless gifts and goodies from more than 200 merchants, sample snacks and freshly prepared food from around the world, enjoy the live music, and keep the kids entertained with special activities. With so much to explore, you’ll want to set aside ample time to stroll the street market aisles. Every Thursday on Pier View Way, west of Coast Highway, from 5-9 p.m.
Holiday Mercato at Beach House Winery
Sip while you shop at Beach House Winery’s annual Holiday Mercato. Featuring gifts from local farms and artists (not to mention a wide selection of wine!), you can also enjoy live classical holiday music as the soundtrack to your spree. Beach House Winery, Dec. 11 from 11 a.m. – 4 p.m.
RANSACK Vintage & Makers Market
One of Oceanside’s most popular shops for vintage and handcrafted finds with an American West twist, RANSACK is holding an eclectic pop-up market featuring local “makers and pickers.” If you love one-of-a-kind gifts, this is the market for you. Don’t miss posing at the tintype photo booth for an extra special seasonal souvenir. RANSACK, Dec. 18 from 11 a.m.-4 p.m.
Oceanside Morning Farmers Market
Though open every Thursday morning year-round, the Oceanside Farmers Market feels extra cheery around the holidays and is the perfect spot to grab gourmet goodies to level up your gift baskets. Here you’ll find an array of locally sourced delicacies such as organic honey, artisanal baked goods, olive oil, and more that will make any holiday gift or gathering taste a little sweeter. Freshly cut flowers and other flora are also available to brighten up your gift list…or just grab a bouquet for yourself.
